Wake County schools don’t offer middle school wrestling. This room fills that gap.
Five practices a week plus conditioning, coached toward high school.

Start at North Raleigh.Two nights a week, by the season, free two-week trial to begin. After two seasons they move to Davis Circle.

Sold by the season. Winter season is $475. The first two weeks are free, starting October 27.

For wrestlers with two seasons or more. Join any time of year.
Five practices plus a workout, Friday Scrap included.
$175 per month, month to month. Also $475 per 3 months, $925 per 6 months, $1,785 per 12 months. 30% off the second wrestler in a family.

Tarboro Universal membership, $125 per month. The first practice is free.

Along the way a coach may nominate a wrestler for Cap City Elite: one room for 2nd to 8th, another for 7th grade and up. Invitation only.
