Intermediate/Advanced:
6 days of training per week! Year round training.

Beginner:
4 days of training per week. See calendar for detailed schedule.
Beginners can purchase a beginner course for three months of training. We hold these 2x per year. For year round training, a beginner can purchase the monthly beginner membership, this allows them to attend the beginner sessions when they are running, and allows them to attend the intermediate/advance classes when the beginner sessions are not running.
