4 classes per week | 16 per month

Tuesday and Thursday (Instructor Led) | 5:00pm - 6:15pm

Friday Scrap | 6:45pm - 7:45pm

Sunday Open Mat | 12:30pm - 1:45pm

Youth Intermediate and Advanced

6 classes week (5 practice, 1 strength & conditioning)

| 24 per month (6 per week until March!)

| Thurs: 6:15pm - 7:30pm
