This is an interest form for a standalone tournament Cap City will attend, this is NOT CCWC Travel Team. It tells the coaches who wants in — it does not hold a spot.

How to secure your spot: Win wrestle off, pay for tournament spot with separate payment link provided. Your commitment is completed when the fee is paid by the deadline. Commitments and payments have hard deadlines so we can enter teams and build lineups correctly — miss the deadline, miss the season.

Lineups are earned. Wrestle-offs take place on an announced date — no exceptions.

One team per season. Choose your highest priority.

What's included:

• Youth tournament — travel and hotel are not included. Families arrange and cover their own.

• High School Boys tournament — everything is included: travel, hotel, food, and registration.

• High School Girls tournament — determined each season.

Talk to a coach before you submit. Once you earn the team spot and have paid, you are expected you at every event for that respective travel team. Built Different.
